Organizing miss...

"If you keep doing what you've always done,
You'll keep on getting what you've always got."
- The Power of Focus

I have a confession to make....( deep reverent silence).

I am not an organized person.

I don't have little cute bottles to put pink and brown and blue runaway buttons in. I don't always pile my shirts and shorts and blouses in order. In fact, if you look inside my closet right now the sight would probably shock you. This is why I keep it securely locked.

I have a healthy collection of CD's, and DvD's half of which I wouldn't know where to trace if looking for a particular one. My table here is littered with papers, and magazines, and books. To me it is art.

Seven years ago, I moonlighted as a ( paid) office assistant to my husband helping file important documents, and labeling them, and straightening out checks, and balancing some numbers to make sure the employees get paid correctly..Well...I didn't last. There was something irking about having things to be so...just needing to be in a straight column and all filed up.

But I'm growing up by admitting that I need to improve in this "organzing" bit area.

I need to start by making lists. So, later after I have done what needs to be done...I will make a list. First a list of the lists I need ( grocery, things needing to be fixed, things I want to do this month, people I need to call etc.).

After making the list...I will blog.

Everything has its place.

Yayyy..we're similar! I'm the most organized person in the whole family, if you feel just putting things back in its place or making sure important things (like bills, keys, coins and letters) are placed in one big visible basket are called 'organized'! No way I can arrange things according to colours, alphabetical order or sequence.. if I can do that, I can be the first Lady PM already. Oh..I'm so happy to find somebody who's just like me. Anyway, we still live happily right?

LOL-
Oh...I have almost given up on being organized- I fix little disasters here and there, but in time- they all come undone- the pantry, the linen closet, my dresser drawers, all of it...always in constant motion.
Things will be organized when I'm dead, but probably not before :)
