adobo girls!...we're havin' adobo...
that's chicken simmered in soy sauce and vinegar and lots of garlic and bay leaf and onions and pepper...
side dish is carrots and potatoes ( but I'm not eating d' potatoes..he!he!..) and there's organic rice to go with that...ripe mangoes after ...then coffee...then a good walk outside..yep!!
Adobo sounds yummy. I am going to invite myself for dinner chez Lux.
